Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

When will I receive my item(s)?
Depending on the country you live in, the order will usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. After we shipped your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking code and expected delivery timeframe.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

How do I get a refund?
If your product is eligible for a refund contact us or email us at email@example.com with your contact details and order number and we'll verify if your order is eligible for a refund.
If the product is eligible for a refund, our policy on that product lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not able to refund orders for items that are still in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your order has been received, we will notify you with a confirmation email. If the order was paid via Paypal, you should see the credit the same day. If it was paid via credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible in your billing statement.
